Last month, we traveled with another group of students back to France. It had been two years since I had been in my beloved country, and I was so happy to be back! I was exceptionally excited because I had included some new places in our itinerary - one of those places being Giverny.
Giverny is a small town about an hour outside of Paris and is most noted for Monet's home and garden. Within about 20 seconds of being in the gardens, I could see how Monet was so inspired by it. It was stunning. I could have spent all day there taking photos of every little thing nature had to offer me there...what you see below is a fraction of what I captured in the two hours we were there!
